Advertising Injury Liability Our Advertising Injury Practice Group handles cases in which injuries occur in the course of advertising the insured’s goods, products, or services. The offenses fall into two broad categories:
Appellate Law

Auto/Truck/Cycle Liability
Our firm has more than twenty-five years of experience in automobile, truck, motorcycle and bicycle injury liability litigation. We concentrate on acquiring the technical expertise to handle the complicated medical and engineering issues involved in these cases. We have pioneered the use of case plans and related litigation management techniques to select goals and step-by step plans for such actions.
Aviation Law

Construction Law
Our firm provides a complete range of legal services to individuals, public entities, companies, and professionals engaged in the design and construction of buildings and the construction industry. Clients include owners, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, mechanic’s lienors, banks and other lending institutions, and surety and insurance companies.
Our attorneys handle all matters and issues involving construction projects and disputes, including project financing, the preparation or review of construction contracts, mechanic’s lien proceedings, contract disputes, arbitrations, mediations and judicial proceedings and actions, payment and performance bond claims against sureties, the defense of sureties in response to bond claims, and suits by sureties against indemnitors.
Consumer Warranty The Consumer Warranty Practice Group specializes in defending manufacturers of automobiles, trucks, recreational vehicles and other consumer products in lawsuits involving the Song Beverly Warranty Act (Lemon Law) and the Federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. In addition, they handle cases involving breach of contract, fraud, misrepresentation and false advertising. Our attorneys have assisted in the drafting of policies and procedures and literature involved in compliance with federal and state consumer warranty laws. Environmental Law & Toxic Tort Our Environmental Law Group was defense counsel in one the very first lawsuits brought by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency through its "Superfund" toxic waste clean-up program. We have defended lawsuits brought not only by the U.S. EPA but also by state and local environmental agencies.
We routinely defend property owners and insurers over the presence and abatement of mold, lead-based paint and asbestos. Fraud Our Fraud Practice Group specializes in all types of fraud matters including automobile set-up accidents, medical build-up, unlicensed medical treatment cases, slip and fall suits, and homeowner’s fire and casualty claims. We use the most current case and statutory law decisions and state of the art charting equipment to ensure the best possible results for our clients. Products Liability Products Liability litigation is presently in a state of flux. Formerly, Standard B.A.J.I. instructions were used which outlined the separate standards for adequate warnings, design defects and manufacturing defects. Currently, some courts use the Standard Instructions while others use the new instructions based on the Restatement of Torts 3rd Edition in which the standards are merged for adequate warnings and design defects.
