Richard Miller has been a Partner in the firm since 2000 and has been an attorney with the firm since 1991. He was a law clerk for a judge while in law school.

Richard has tried numerous cases including several product defect cases, a brain injury case, several automobile warranty cases and several automobile accident injury cases. Richard has handled Federal Court Antitrust cases, including Sherman Act claims, Business and Professional Code §17200 claims, employment claims, and unfair competition claims.

He is a member of the American Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association, Association of Southern California Defense Counsel, and he is a member of the Defense Research Institute. He is a member of the California Bar, Federal Court-Southern and Central District, and 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
