Biography
Robert O'Connor joined Crandall, Wade &
Lowe in 1983, bringing an extensive background in general civil tort
litigation, including an emphasis in medical and dental malpractice defense
as well as trial work.
Bob worked in the insurance industry
while he was in law school and joined the original firm following employment
as Chubb Insurance Company House Counsel. He has continued to specialize in
medical and dental malpractice defense along with General Civil Litigation
and trial work.
He was admitted to the Bar in
California in 1979 and before the United States District Court, central
District of California, as well as the United States District Court, Ninth
Circuit. He is also a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association,
Irish-American Bar Association, Southern California Defense Counsel, and the
American Board of Trial Advocates. He also serves as an arbitrator and
mediator for the Los Angeles County and San Bernardino County Courts.
Bob has given numerous seminars to
the insurance and medical industries on the subjects of fraud, discovery,
medical malpractice, and general investigation. |
