Biography
Vincent is part of the civil litigation team.
He works on claims involving personal injury, assault and battery, products liability,
workers’ compensation, and trademark prosecution and infringement, just to name a few.
Vincent rounded out his educational experience
by participated in the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) Litigation and Trial
Practice Fellowship, wherein he shadowed top attorneys in the Defense firm of Maranga
& Morgenstern, and the Plaintiffs firm of Stone, Dolginer & Wenzel. His last month
of the fellowship was spent clerking for the Honorable Richard B. Wolfe of the Los Angeles
County Superior Court, Van Nuys Courthouse.
While at Southwestern Law School, Vincent completed
a full-time Judicial Externship in the San Luis Obispo County Superior Court under the
Honorable Martin J. Tangeman, earned the CALI award in Legal Research & Writing I, and
participated in the late rounds of the Intramural Moot Court Competition. He also served
as the Vice President of the Intellectual Property Law Society, Tournament Fundraising
Officer of the Public Interest Law Society, and as a 3-year classroom note-taker for learning
disabled students.
Along with practicing at Crandall, Wade & Lowe,
Vincent is an assistant coach on the Boys Lacrosse team at Chaminade College Preparatory
in West Hills, CA.
